We are partnering with Mark Edwards on a number of exciting testing and deployment programmes for the Edwards and Renouf Seacoat product, a revolutionary non-biocide marine coating. Great to have really positive discussions with Plymouth Marine Laboratory (PML) today. we look forward to getting treated kit in the water via Smart Sound Plymouth over the next few weeks!
On The Layline Limited is extremely proud to have MC'd the third workshop of the International Marine ROC Study programme today at The Launch facility of the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland in Holyrood. Partnered with Angler Solutions Inc. and the VAS Elektroniskie sakari (Electronic Communications Office of Latvia), we have been supporting the development of an open standard for an agnostic Remote Operations Centre over the past three months supporting the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland and Freeport of Riga. It was an absolute pleasure to work with all partners on this and great to have real focused input from Aaron Barrett from the University of Plymouth, John McDonald from Plymouth Marine Laboratory (PML) and Arturs Ivanovs from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) as part of the international contingent in Canada. A finalised report is being prepared and will be shared in due course, with the aim of producing an in depth demonstration by the end of the year. During this programme, it has also been a pleasure to work with Andre Burgess, Kelley Santos, Chad Fowlow, Chad LaFitte, Kevin Wall, Ansis Zeltins and Neils Kalnins and we look forward to supporting further developments.
Great news for On The Layline Limited's partner Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland! We are in Holyrood next week so I look forward to hearing more about this as part of our ongoing International Marine ROC work that we are currently undertaking. If there are any defence businesses out there looking to partner with Canada, please let me know!
